As the Executive (Workplace Management) of the Corporate Development unit, you will play an important supporting role in developing and managing a happier and healthier work environment for the employees of the DesignSingapore Council (Dsg), in alignment with our organisational objectives and core values. You will provide essential support in driving workplace initiatives to optimise performance, enhance productivity and cost-efficiency, as well as work closely with internal and external stakeholders to transform Dsg’s current office space into an office of the future. You will also assist in streamlining, improving or even creating new workplace management processes that will elevate the workplace experience and company culture for all Dsg officers. |

As the Senior Manager (Human Resources) of the Corporate Development unit, you will perform a HR generalist role to develop and implement HR strategies and activities for DesignSingapore Council (Dsg), to build a design-led culture, grow high performing teams and create a great place to work, in support of organisational objectives. You will also work closely with the Dsg business units to support their manpower needs, and be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including the formulation and review of HR policies and process improvement initiatives. |

You will be part of a team responsible for conceptualising and implementing talent development programmes and initiatives to nurture a design-empowered workforce. You will be required to engage with relevant stakeholders and leverage on partnerships with government agencies, industry associations, training providers and enterprises to bring forth talent development initiatives as part of the Design Industry Manpower Plan. Your portfolio is to oversee the evaluation of PET and CET courses by the Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and the implementation of the DesignSingapore Scholarship to groom our next generation of design leaders. |
