As Assistant Manager/ Manager of the Outreach & Engagement team, you will be part of the team that shapes and drives programmes and initiatives to celebrate and profile Singapore’s design talent, grow outreach opportunities within the community and develop design-led showcases to demonstrate the relevance of Singapore design impact and innovation. This will include signature programmes held in Singapore such as the Singapore Design Week (SDW), President*s Design Award (P*DA), and international showcases at key overseas design platforms such as Milan Design Week.

The role will: • Lead day-to-day PR management, media relations and narrative development to keep DesignSingapore Council (Dsg) top-of-mind in local and international media. • Drive integrated marketing activations (paid, owned, earned) that amplify key programmes and festivals. • Own always-on channels and community management, maintaining engagement and list hygiene. • Serve as MarComms project lead on priority initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams toward OKRs.
