  • The Market Development team works with both Singapore companies and MNCs to facilitate the implementation of design for business strategy and organisation transformation, through establishing partnerships and connections.
  • As the Human Resources (HR) Assistant Director, you will be a partner to the senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and activities to build a design-led culture, grow high performing teams and create a great place to work. You will need to work closely with the teams you support and be responsible for HR programmes such as recruitment, compensation, performance reviews, learning and career development. You will advise on organisational design and structure, as well as provide change leadership. You will also partner with other HR teams in EDB to ensure relevance of programmes and initiatives and optimal organisation alignment.
  • This role is accountable for the IT end-user support and aspects of IT operations in Dsg. The IT Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient operational support of Dsg’s end-users. This includes end-user computing (EUC) and related EUC productivity applications used to support business process across the enterprise. The IT Manager is also responsible for ensuring information security best-practices and IT infrastructure compliance to established IT policies. As a member of the IT team, you will contribute to the development and execution of the Dsg strategy and ensure its alignment with the enterprise's IT and business strategy as well as the delivery of capabilities required to achieve business success.
