Current Opportunities

  • This position reports to the Deputy Director (Talent Development). In this role, you will lead the “Talent Policy, Planning and Research” team, in the areas of formulation of policies and strategies as well as research to grow design talent in both the design and non-design sectors. Your team will also oversee the management of primary and secondary research, course evaluation of design programmes and implementation of platforms to strengthen industry and education linkages for more vibrant design education ecosystem. You will also drive corporate planning activities across all talent development teams to ensure efficient and timely resource management and workplan reporting.
  • This position reports to the Assistant Director (Talent Development). You will be part of a team responsible for formulating talent policies and strategies as well as research to grow design talent in both design and non-design sectors. Your main portfolio is to develop and manage research studies to inform design industry and manpower policy formulation and programme development.
  • As a Assistant Manager/Manager in the Programming & Outreach team, you will be part of the National Design Centre (NDC) team that brings design into the community and develops the Singapore design brand through creative programmes and strategic partnerships.
  • The International Relations (IR) team in Dsg manages Singapore’s UNESCO Creative City of Design designation and advances Dsg’s relationships with international design organisations, foreign Embassies in Singapore and other Government agencies to profile Singapore design and designers and create market access opportunities.
